Tribunal Constitucional Establecido por el Título IX de la Constitución española de 1978 el Tribunal Constitucional es el intérprete
supremo de la Constitución. Único en su orden y con jurisdicción en todo el
territorio nacional, ejerce las competencias definidas en el art. 161 CE , es
independiente de los demás órganos constitucionales y está sometido sólo a la
Constitución y a su Ley Orgánica 2/1979, de 3 de octubre . Giurisprudenza

Tribunal de Cuentas El artículo 136 de la Constitución
Española -ubicado en el Título VII «Economía y Hacienda»- ha instituido el
Tribunal de Cuentas como supremo órgano fiscalizador de las cuentas y de la
gestión económica del Estado y del sector público.
Consejo
General del Poder Judicial El CGPJ es el órgano de gobierno
aútonomo del Poder Judicial, con competencia en
todo el territorio nacional. Es, por tanto, el órgano de gobierno de todos los
Juzgados y Tribunales que integran el Poder Judicial y, con subordinación a él,
ejercen sus funciones las Salas de Gobierno del Tribunal Supremo, de la
Audiencia Nacional y de los Tribunales Superiores de Justicia, así como los
demás órganos jurisdiccionales con atribuciones gubernativas en sus respectivos
ámbitos orgánicos (Presidentes de los Tribunales y Audiencias, Jueces Decanos,
Juntas de Jueces y Jueces). Como tal, es cometido principal del CGPJ
velar por la garantía de la independencia de los Jueces y Magistrados en el
ejercicio de las funciones jurisdiccionales que les son propias frente a todos, incluso frente a los órganos judiciales y
los de gobierno del Poder Judicial. Por ello, si un Juez o Magistrado se
considera inquietado o perturbado en su independencia puede ponerlo en
conocimiento del CGPJ, aunque ni éste ni ningún otro órgano subordinado de
gobierno del Poder Judicial pueden dictar instrucciones de carácter general o
particular sobre la interpretación o aplicación del ordenamiento jurídico que
los Jueces y Magistrados lleven a cabo en el desempeño de sus competencias
judiciales.

Service Inspectorate - Her Majesty's UK MCSI aims to promote improved quality of
service, efficiency and effectiveness throughout the magistrates' courts
service. As a statutory Inspectorate it will achieve this aim through

Justice - International Court of Justice
is the
principal judicial organ of the United Nations. Its seat is at the Peace Palace
in The Hague. The Court has a dual role: to settle in accordance with
international law the legal disputes submitted to it by States, and to give
advisory opinions on legal questions referred to it by duly authorized
international organs and agencies. The Court is composed of 15 judges elected
to nine-year terms of office by the United Nations General Assembly and
Security Council sitting independently of each other. The Members of the Court
do not represent their governments but are independent magistrates

Court of Japan The Constitution of Japan provides that the whole judicial power is
vested in the Supreme Court and in such inferior courts as are established by
law (provision 1 of the article 76). In accordance with the above provision,
Court Organization Law establishes following four types of courts other than
the Supreme Court at its top: High Courts under the Supreme Court, District
Courts and Family Courts under High Courts, and Summary Courts at the bottom.
